Golf Exercises for Better Lower Body Rotation

In this video tutorial, you’ll learn two exercises to improve your ability to independently rotate your lower body. This skill is important for a good transition and swing path in the downswing. Perfect these exercises and you’ll see improvements in both power and consistency!
