Exercise of the Month - Stork Turns

Stork Turns are one of our favorite exercises to promote better hip rotation and balance for the golf swing. If you struggle remaining balanced, try holding onto a stable object such as a wall or chair. 

If you try these exercises and you find them to be too challenging or uncomfortable, do not continue, until you have consulted with your physician. All exercises for golf should be customized to your needs after a proper evaluation.
