I love the Single Leg Deadlift because it provides a ton of bang for your buck. In this one exercise, you’ll improve lower body and core strength, balance and postural control for your golf swing. This is particularly effective for golfers that lose posture in their swing and demonstrate a lack of balance and control.

If you try these exercises and you find them to be too challenging or uncomfortable, do not continue, until you have consulted with your physician. All exercises for golf should be customized to your needs after a proper evaluation.
