PGA Program: Weekly Exercise Video Series
As we approach golf season, it is important to keep our bodies moving and working on the things that will help our golf, as well as the issues in our body that are hindering performance. We would like to offer you a 52 week golf-specific exercise video series to utilize as a resource in your communication with your golf club members throughout the year.
This 52 week series includes the following topics: Faults and Fixes, Power and Distance, Lower Back, Consistency, and Warm-Up Exercises. Each video is about one minute in length and will teach golfers a simple exercise that they can do at home.
