Complimentary Online Assessment for PGA Members
The Online Golf Fitness Assessment is designed to help you understand how your body is affecting your golf swing. In this assessment, we connect to you via a video conferencing call using Zoom, Skype, Google Hangout, or Facetime. To do this session, you need to have a device connected to the internet that has a webcam or similar.
At the appointed time, your trainer will connect with you. During this session, the trainer will interview and ask questions about your golf, as well as fitness activities and fitness levels and health. The trainer will also ask you questions about your teaching approach and any relevant findings with details on that. The trainer will also ask you about your experience with golf fitness. The trainer will then evaluate several movements related to the golf swing. These movements are movements like the toe touch, overhead deep squat, pelvic rotation, and torso rotation. Based on the findings in those four tests, there are several other additional tests that the trainer may do.
At the conclusion of the testing, the trainer will review the relevant findings with you and help you understand how your body is affecting your golf swing. If you would like, you can begin the program with the trainer that is available at the conclusion on the session. However, that is not our primary function on this call, as it is an educational call for you, the PGA professional.
