PGA Program: Monthly Newsletter Content
We know how important it is to stay in communication with your golf club members, especially in this time of distancing and lack of face to face contact. For this reason, we would like to offer you a series of twelve golf fitness articles, written by a FitGolf® professional, for your use as you communicate with your members.
This twelve article series will include topics such as “How to Prepare for Spring Golf”, “Exercises to Sharpen Up Your Putting”, “Build Lower Body Strength for More Power”, and much more. Each article will include at least one exercise pertaining to the topic, explanation and extra tips, as well as pictures and videos to assist golfers in their workouts.
