Welcome and Directions
Body Balance is proud to have you join our staff of golf fitness training facilities. To assist in the start up of your franchise we have put together a few directions to assure easy and complete access to the information you will need. The following contains the dates, products, supplier information, and processes that should be followed prior to opening your franchise.
To begin BBFP Corporate will need you to fill out a few forms including the Credit Card Authorization form, ACH transactions form, and provide BBFP Corporate with a voided check to set up the ACH account. In order to ease the process of purchasing supplies, BBFP will purchase most products for you. This will be done using either your company credit card or via ACH transaction. An ACH transaction is a safe and inexpensive way to transfer money from one company to another or in this case from your franchise to BBFP corporate. This account as well as your credit card information will only be used to purchase items that your franchise will need and will be used after obtaining your request and consent for supplies.
All supplies including, but not limited to technology, software, clinical supplies and machines will be originally ordered by BBFP Corporate. You must purchase the items on page 5, labeled Timeline to Purchase the Equipment.
The supplies that you must purchase is labeled according to when you are to buy it. In order to figure out these dates first write the date that your franchise is going to open (90 days after contract signing). Then we suggest that you lay out a calendar and figure out the following dates:
60 days before opening
40 days before opening
30 days before opening
3 weeks before opening
2 weeks before opening
1 week before opening
Once you have figured out these dates, write them on the order date lines on page 5 so that you know when to order each product. After the order is completed write down the (approximate) delivery date and be sure to be at the franchise on the date of delivery.
The products that you need to purchase are listed on pages 5 and 6. On pages 7 and 8 are the products listed with the prices, dimensions (if specific), and quantities that you need to purchase. Please refer to page 10 for further information about the suppliers.

Timeline to Purchase the Equipment
Franchises must have all equipment and supplies by the 80th day of set up. It is advised that Franchises purchase equipment and supplies in accordance with the listed delivery times. For more information on the set up process see Appendix A.
