California, Irvine Center – Body Effects on Golf Performance – Anaheim Hills Golf Club

Everyone wants to play better golf.  To accomplish this, you must achieve “Body Balance”.  This means your flexibility, strength, posture, balance, power, control and endurance must all work together to swing propertly every time.  This seminar will give a golfer insight to how the body is built and how it can directly affect how a golfer swings the club.
