Frequently a person will respond to your promotions without leaving their phone number. You should respond with something like this:

“Could you please leave your phone number so I can call you to set up your free golf fitness assessment?”

The key… Offer something! In this case, the offer is “your free golf fitness assessment.” Give them an incentivised reason for giving you their phone number.
