Short of that, you can never go wrong with glute and abdominal work. These are the basics : http://www.fitgolf.com/wp-content/uploads/Exercises/Reeducate/bridgingsupine.pdf , http://www.fitgolf.com/wp-content/uploads/Exercises/Reeducate/lowerabdominalexerciseprogression2.pdf, http://www.fitgolf.com/wp-content/uploads/Exercises/Reeducate/openbooks.pdf are a few. if you go to http://fitgolf.com/exercise-library you will see many others to help you along. Please let me know if you need or want more guidance.

A regular physical exercise of 10-minutes in the morning will further strengthen the body and maintain all the organs and systems of the body.
It may even help to reverse the ageing process.
