Body and Swing Analysis

The Golf Performance Evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation of your body and your golf swing that we use to create the perfect tailored training program for you and your goals.

The K-Vest is the MRI of the golf swing, a 3D Motion Analysis that gives us data about your body’s motion during your swing that cannot be seen on video or by the naked eye.

FitGolf® Training Programs

Customized just for you, the Master’s Program provides a golfer with improvement in mobility restrictions, posture imbalances, and functional deficits. This program is ideal for the golfer who wants to make considerable changes to their body in a relatively short period of time.

The B3 Supercharged Program is one-on-one training designed to focus on the core stability, strength, and explosiveness needed to create stability and mobility in the right places in your body for golf.

Group training classes combine golf fitness training, functional exercise, plyometric training and ballistic training to improve the way your body moves for golf, all while in a motivating group environment.
